I just finished reading, the Beck Diet Solution which is filled with these type of confirmations. I actually first heard about this book here on a post. I'm glad I went to the library and got it and I rarely make recommendations.

It's all about changing your thinking and how to deal with food choices/challenges.

Basically it's a great book, awesome tips and a heck of a lot cheaper than seeing a therapist.

The tips I took got me thru my 2 week holiday home to NYC and losing another 2 pounds as I am close to goal.

Thanks and yes, I like this picture better too! I hate having my picture taken. I am usually hiding behind someone. LOL

That must have been my post. I'm so glad the book helped you sort out all sorts of things.

See, folks? When I tell you something, believe me.

Dear DJ, we won't mention the glasses and the shadows on your little face because it's different this time. You look like an international woman of mystery and deep passions.

We just watched Get Smart....I think @@Djmohr looks like Anne Hathaway in the movie!

That's all well and good. You look like a more interesting version. Really.

P.S. You and @@ShelterDog64 "liked" message #6. Sometimes I wish BP gave the ability to "like" a "like."
