February 2016 Progress update

Hello to all od my fellow February 2016 sleevers. I am wondering how everyone is doing and if you had any tips for me. I am down 70 pounds yet feel that my progress is very slow. Any advice to help maximize my success?

    deyaniraeacuredo - congratulations! ???????????????? This will be a life changing experience. My surgery took place in 2016. I am almost one year post-op.
