5 days post op

Hi everyone, I am 5 days post op and i am realizing that i have an addiction to food. I always said I did not. I know now I do. Does this get easier. Feeling like I lost a lot 5 days ago. I hope this feeling goes away. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
