Does your doctor have someone in their office who deals with the insurance companies? Let them do the work for you, just call and ask them to make sure you're still covered.

Most offices stay on top of the benefits. Call the office. They are your best way to know.

Just ask for the insurance person in your insurance office ( there is a lady in mine it's what she specific does)

With my old insurance I had to have 6 months or six visits with a dietician. I had 4 months down! None of the counts with the new insurance ????.
