Loose skin

Two years ago I had my body fat percentage taken with calipers and a BIA when I weighed 386.

My results surprised me but I am still skeptical of those readings. My caliper test came in at 23% with 86lbs of fat and the BIA scale came in at 24%. I'm wanting to know if anyone my size has been able to fill out any loose skin where it's not that noticeable?
