There's a lively debate about whether the science is valid or not, but I've found that GENEPRO mixes up easier than the other brands I've tried, and if you believe the hype it's the equivalent of 30g

I use powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury. I have mixed it in Soup, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc and it doesn't clump.

I assume all Protein powder is this way, but, if you mix it in something hot, don't let it get too hot or it will change the consistency of the food you are mixing it in.

Also, I use my Unjury in cold drinks. I use my shaker to mix it up real well to prevent clumping.

There's a lively debate about whether the science is valid or not, but I've found that GENEPRO mixes up easier than the other brands I've tried, and if you believe the hype it's the equivalent of 30g of Protein in 1 tablespoon instead of 2 tablespoons. But even if you count it only as 15g having it mix up better is worth it to me.

Beyond that, my next fave is Syntrax unflavored.
