I didn't have to wait that long maybe 3 weeks. Your surgeons office should know by now. I had to do a couple requirements first though

Yeah, so I met with psychiatrists, my pcp had to submit recommendation, met with nutritionist and BMI is 40.7. So, how much LONGER!

I have United Healthcare and they have 15 business days to make a decision. My paperwork was sent 12/12 and I was approved today 12/19. Longest wait of my life!!!!!! Just be patient, it's coming soon ????

Call them, they have probably already approved you. They did mine in 4 days

I have BCBS AL and the first time my papers were submitted it took exactly 30 days and I was denied. The second time my papers were submitted I was approved in a week. Ultimately they have 30 days to review in Alabama.
