Hey Penn

My first question is do you know why you are doing poorly? There is no way to fix a problem unless you know what it is.

Back to basics:

1. How are you with the fill?

2. How are you with protien?

3. Exercise?

4. Water?

5. Snacking?

Those are the places to look at first, in that order! If you think you need a fill, then by all means do it! If you aren't getting enough protien you can't loose even if you have good restriction. Are you exercising everyday at LEAST 20 minutes? Are you getting 64 oz of water and NOT drinking 1 hour prior, not during and 1 hour after meals? Are you snacking? Also are you making good food choices?

You can do this, you just have to recommitt yourself and I think you have taken the first step! Good luck!
