When I gave birth to my 10lb son, as soon as I could I put on a waist trainer. I plan on doing the same things as fast as I could. It helped me with the sagging back then.

Interested in hearing any tips. I'm trying to stay as active as possible which will definitely help!

I'm Exercising as I'm losing weight to Hopefully prevent the sagging or to at the least decrease it.

I ride my stationary bike and increase the resistance

I walk on my treadmill

And I do some exercise for my triceps and thighs

And IF THE LORD WILL (ITLW)

I plan on using my ab lounge in Jan. I want to give my insides a lil more time to heal.

I also have a Confidence Vibrating Machine which I plan on using at 6 weeks. Monday I'll be 4 weeks post

And I'll try to remember to keep you informed on the results, which I'M CLAIMING WILL WORK

I don't plan on having any more surgeries unless it's a serious necessity.

Because there sadly not much you can do... genes, age, how long you were overweight, how much you yo-yo'd, where you carried your weight all have more to do with it than any lotions, potions, dry brushing or Vitamins. Exercise can fill some of the skin with muscle but can't tighten skin either.

That said use the search function and you will find lots of ideas of things to try. Science has shown that they are all placebo at best and expensive snake oil at worst though.

Imma try alum spice. Dissolve it in Water, sponge on & rinse daily when the sagg begins. I made sone body butter a few days b4 surgery. ..its keeping my skin hella hydrated plus heavy water consumption. Yall been taking ur chewable Biotin Vitamins?

Here in Miami, it's seems like there is a little Colombian store selling wait trainers in every corner. Why don't you google waist trainers, meanwhile I get you information on the one I had.

There are so many factors that lead into this. Amount of weight you have to lose, age, genetics.....

The reason you have not seen alot of responses is because it is near impossible to go from morbid obesity to not having loose sagging skin. The more you have to lose, the more it is an issue.

The younger you are, the better off you are but even then, genetics can play a huge role.

I wish there were better news but, I will say the loose hanging skin is way better than all the fat. The scars from plastics are far better than the loose hanging skin.

And I will say, having plastics is much tougher surgery than WLS. It is a different kind of pain and takes alot longer to recover. I am headed into my next plastics on Jan 19th. It will go 7.5 to 8 hours and although I am looking forward to the results, I am not looking forward to the recovery at all.
