Just Scheduled.

I just scheduled my surgery and so much is swimming in my head. I have hopes and worries. I am 320lbs and need to grt healthy for myself amd family. Any thoughts or pointers. Sleeve scheduled for April 7

When you think of a question write it down so you'll remember it when you have your next appointment. Read this forum. I've learned so much since joining.
