Duodenal switch advice

I'm about to have surgery in the next few days anyone have any helpful thoughts they can share??? Or things they went threw before surgery??

    there is a ton of great advice here, just look around in the old posts. The biggest advice I can give you is get on your feet and walk as soon as you can. Yes it does help! That and keep working on your Water and Protein intake, all are very important.
