Approval/denial limbo!

Well after my last surgeon appt 11-8, I was pretty sure I would get denied. Reason being- I did not have "documented" 6 months worth of non surgical weight reduction attempts. My insurance requires it within 2 years of surgery. I did do weight watchers, but off my sisters plan/books. I never officially joined. Long story short, the insurance coordinator was going to try and submit. Well, she called and said they did ask for additional info, but not about my weight loss attempts. Soooooooo, no immediate denial, but just a waiting game now. She said December lots of people are trying to get stuff approved before the new year. Hopefully this goes through, otherwise I wait until February. That will be 6 months documented time and I should have. I problem getting approved then. Fingers crossed!
