Thank you. I've being on liquid diet for two weeks and is hard for me cause my husband is being eating fast food in my face. So I've being having mood swings because of that. I don't think he is being as supportive as I thought he was going to be. I'm pushing myself to not throw everything thru the window.

Don't do it! You are worth it.

I think that's something we just have to endure. My husband, as I type this, is indulging in a huge plate of left over ham, scalloped potatoes and green bran casserole from thanksgiving. Last night he had a huge stack of pancake drenched in syrup. It sucks. Really bad, especially since I am over here sipping on 1 Oz of chocolate protien.

The one think I keep in mind as he shovels his face is that, that is how I got here and I don't want to be there anymore.

Oh wow!! Your progress is awesome!! I'm proud of you. My husband was eating taco bell, chipotle, pizza... I've being having mood swings so I've being arguing with him about this. I beg him to stop all that type of food for at least the first two weeks and he said yes but he didn't so I've being feeling way down but I'm pushing myself to keep going. Thank you for your advice and for sharing your story with me

I woke up to the smell of my husband making pancakes for Breakfast. He asked me if I could have any....Really? Pancakes? Did he not hear me say 2 Protein shakes and a small dinner? I stayed in my bed until breakfast was over. Seriously I wonder how much support Im going to get at home. Good Luck!

I am sorry friend. My husband and I had multiple conversations but the reality your man has to support you. Sometime men need specifics am I right? Instead of saying "I need your support" give him specifics.

Ideas like:

I need you support, please don't offer me food, please don't eat my favorites including x,y and z, etc.

I told Daniel, my husband that the first 3 months are going to be rough, on him too. Once my mind catches up to the physical changes then things can get easier.

My hubby is Daniel also. Good idea on the specific support request, thanks.
