Positive Happenings

I hit 220. Down 50 pounds since 9/19 surgery today.

I am going to the gym 3-5 times a week.

I have ankles, you can see ankle bones and foot tendons. I dropped 1/2 shoe size.

Down to size 13/14 pants.

Aghh that's like my short term goal! Not gonna lie though...I feel like I'm losing slower than I expected. 2 weeks post op I was only down 8lbs. I know everyone loses different but I've heard of people losing that much in a week! Guess it all depends on the person. Anyway good for youu!!! Congrats on your progress!

Congratulations! I cant wait to get to the "good part" where I lose weight and hope I don't have some of the horrendous post op ordeals Im reading about. I would like to get to an 8 1/2 or 9 shoe size like I used to be! Im currently a 10 and feel like a sasquash buying shoes.

Btw, I am pretty sure my feet wont shrink that much but anything in single digits would be nice!
