I start the 14th. Trying to get some foods out my system before I start. I will present my self next Monday but my coworker is going to do me a kale smooth each day for Breakfast. I don't have to a liquid diet. I've was informed to do a low carb and don't gain weight so. Fast food no more and fried foods have to be more baked or grilled. I'm also during kale and collards for veggies. This is really gone be a test for me . Where are you located?
