    I start the 14th. Trying to get some foods out my system before I start. I will present my self next Monday but my coworker is going to do me a kale smooth each day for breakfast. I don't have to a liquid diet. I've was informed to do a low carb and don't gain weight so. Fast food no more and fried foods have to be more baked or grilled.
