I'm the bottomless pit...

I just wanted to whine a little. Well I am doing my preop diet and my period decides to come right when I get the okay to start my preop diet again. Well I am the bottomless pit :). I drink my shakes and within an hour I'm starving again. I'm usually this way with my TOM. So I'm trying very hard to stick to my diet but I had a salad and bread with dinner last night because I needed to fill the void. I'm just taking it hour by hour today, and am doing okay so far. Plus with my cramps I can't take any anti-inflammatories like advil or aleve. So all I am allowed to take is tylenol which does nothing for cramps. At least I will be done with cramps for my surgery. So, I'm a cranky, hungry, crampy, whiney woman right now. Thanks for letting me whine.

Chillipepper, I promise it will get better. I have had my band since 27th of August. I have been on liquids since the 13th of August. I get my mushies on Sunday. Believe me I cannot wait for the scrambled eggs!!! But hang in there. It will get better. You have to take it one day at a time.
