Cant wait

Im having surgery sometime in march 2017 I have done my nutrition appointments I had to do 6 appointments I have 2 left of nutrition I have done my upper GI, I didn't do my psychiatric or my sleep apnea yet. I'm well on my way can't wait.

      Every insurance is different. Some want a letter from the patient, others want a letter from you regular doctor. I didn't need either, my surgeon sent a letter to my insurance company saying I needed

    Every insurance is different. Some want a letter from the patient, others want a letter from you regular doctor. I didn't need either, my surgeon sent a letter to my insurance company saying I needed the surgery and I was approved.
