Pain and pressure when eating

I was wondering if this could be an overfill. When I eat I feel a LOT of pressure when I first eat, almost like I'm full off 1-2 bites, but more like it hurts. Then if I eat tiny tiny bites and chew to mush I can eat a little bit, but it takes forever for it to go down. Is it normal to feel a lot lot of pressure when you first start eating? What are your thoughts? I'm worried that it will always be like this.

Sounds like first bite syndrome.

Try drinking a warm or hot beverage to relax the band before eating.
