Great, and that will be the start of a new journey for you. Its was a wild ride getting to this date, with everything that we do to prepare our minds, and bodies for this change. But im 7wks post op and i find that i wasnt prepared enough. Nothing prepares you for this change but its a good change. Just remember everything that youve started practicing now and you'll be great.

    I'm the 7th too and on my third day of preop liquid but it includes 2 fruits and 1 veggie.

    Just made the WW 1 point Soup. Omg! It taste so sweet to me it'll be hard not to eat the whole pot!

    I just wish we could fast forward to a month from now.....
