Hello!

I'm one of those quiet background researchers who never post...but I am having a hard time finding a place for DS surgery patients.

I am scheduled for VSG with a DS on 12/19 and start my pre-op diet on 12/5.

I am trying to research and plan meals for my puree and soft foods weeks to support the DS malabsorption component.

I want this tool to work for me and I am trying to find foods that will be good for me and also support my WLS goals specifically with my DS.

Can I please get some advice of other areas or links for recipes and support than BP? My surgeon gave me a great list of items but I need help to make a dish. Thank you!!!
