I picked the sleeve, but it had nothing to really do with my PCOS. I choose it because i felt it had fewer complications and and a lesser chance of dumping. My doctor said most people are choosing the sleeve now a days for the same reasons. I would get my period every 3 months and now that i lost some weight it's back to every 28-30 days. My cramps are just as bad as they used to be, :( and my skin does not break out as badly as it has in the past. hair is still an issue and I've heard it's the only thing that doesn't get better as the weight drops.

overall I'm very happy with my decision to go with the Sleeve, but it's a personal choice for everyone. I would just lookup both the surgeries and see which one fits you best.

Good luck!

Sleeve. I didn't like the entire idea of taking this and attaching it there. I figured if they mess up the sleeve, at least I would have an idea of what went wrong. With bypass, it could be anything. Sleeve to me appeared less complicated.
