It os becoming so REAL

Today i had my nutrition appointment and the pre-op diet i think i can actually be able to live with 850 calories a day and 2 Protein drinks a day and 1 sensible meal!! I got this... Any advice to make this go smoother? They also want me to drop 10lbs in 10days not sure if my body can even do that..

It's nice they let you have a meal with the pre op diet when I have mine I'm not allowed it. Good luck you can do it !

Yes good luck ..I too did preop for 7 days and no sensitive meals???? but it turned out good..my old co worker had hers with not preop at all.
