I think it might depend on where you are.. but at my 1st appointment I was weighed, vitals taken, ekg, chest xray..and given a lot of info to read through-- some of it was a refresher on what was discussed at the first orientation meeting or whatever they called it- at the hospital, where new potential candidates go for info on the different surgeries.. and some of it more nutritional.. also was set up with appointments for the psych evaluation, and with a nutritionist.

I attended the seminar and i was given the first appointment, I am guessing is what youre saying where they weigh me and do the first consultation with the doctor. Thank you so much! I cant wait to start this journey
