Post surgery I am struggling with all of them. I have tried 10 different kinds, pre-made and powders. They are all so sweet and fake tasting and have a terrible aftertaste. And they are upsetting my stomach. I ordered GENEPRO today, they is some controversy around it but I have got to find something I can handle.

The problem I am having is the chalky sweet taste of the premier strawberry creme. I think I need to try something unflavored. What do you mix yours with?
