Need a Mentor/Buddy

Just had gastric bypass on 10/25/16. HW. 225

SW. 201

CW. 192

My name is Diane and I'm from Delaware. I'm thinking the weight should be coming off quicker than it is, but maybe I'm being impatient. See Dr. for first post surgery appointment on Monday. I have chronic neck and back problems and worried about exercising.

I thought the same thing as you. At two weeks post op, I only lost 9 pounds. But the weight keeps coming off slowly.

You are losing at a great rate - especially starting at a lower BMI. Just follow the plan - and stay off the scale.
