Countdown to goal.....

OK, I am here for support in counting down the last 20 - 25 pounds. I have been at a standstill since June.

I have lost 85 pounds, I now weigh about 195. At 5'11" I need to get down below 180 to get into the healthy BMI range. so I am aiming at 172-175....So about 20 to go.

Part of me doesn't believe I will ever get there. Never been there for more than about 5 minutes...lol! So I need to work on a positive attitude.

I am at a fill of 3.0 in a 4.0. I could get a small fill, but should be able to do it on this fill. It varies so much from week to week. Some days I am able to eat anything and others I am tight, so that is a bit confusing.

I have taken the summer off the band rules, been imbibing in too much ice cream, chips and booze. So there is my confession. I also took a break from the gym, so I am vowing to go back TOMORROW. My 13 year old updated my IPOD, so I am R.E.A.D.Y.

Please join me in a count down to goal. All support and advice is appreciated....

12!

Every pound counts right? I am at the point now, where if I don't exercise, no matter how little I eat, I do not lose.

So I am at the gym and/or walking with my buddy every single day this week. I can do this.

HOW IS EVERYONE ELSE DOING?

I have been saying from time to time that deep inside, I don't believe I will ever get to my goal of 175. This morning, I got a little butterfly in my stomach that believed that I would. And soon.

As I count down, I am becoming a believer. This just thrills me to no end. Life with the band is beautiful.:faint:

Just had to say something.

I FEEL SO FRIGGEN AWESOME!

I love getting dressed in bright colours, form fitting clothes and I love feeling beautiful. Yesterday I got some new make-up, bought a bright PINK sweatshirt and put on my skinny jeans, now too big. I am on my way out the door and I feel so alive.

Hope you are feeling awesome too!

The banded life is great!

Paulax - Your last post gave me chills. I am feeling this way right now too. I hope you keep this new excitement and never let yourself go.....

My new pink sweatshirt and these were my goal jeans. I still have a teense of a muffin top, but I feel really great in this outfit. Haven't worn pink since I was 10.

But wanted to share. I am 11 pounds from goal.

Tonks, it's when some, uhh... flesh... spills over the edges of your pants, much like a muffin does over the edge of the paper cup! hehe

jajajajajajaja, Ok, I see.... then I have a bit of a muffin top too!

Wow Argon..........ONly 6 !!!! That is just great!!!!!!!

I would like to upload some pics.... but I really don't know how to place pictures in here.

I only had to lose like 100 pounds, (I'm 17 away from my goal) and I must say my belly has been very decent..... so much, that I don't think I need surgery fro that part of my body.... but my arms, well that's a different story.

184 as of this morning. I think at this point I am in the high average normal weight for my height. YEAAAAAAAAA, I am no longer overweight.
