Waiting on Aetna

I'm getting a revision from lap band to sleeve. My paperwork was submitted over a week ago. I checked today but still pending. What is the usually turnaround time with Aetna? I'm scared I'll be denied

    I have Aetna as well and it took 3 weeks exactly. I called my Dr office on the 15th day, nothing. And they wanted to wait 4 weeks. Nope! I called Aetna myself and was given the news. Papers came 2 days later.

    Thank you. I called today and they said they received additional information yesterday so its still pending. I'll try tomorrow again.
