2 days post-op

Yesterday I was one day post-op and spent 6 hours in the Er due to extreme dehydration and nausea. I was dry heaving so bad I thought I had literally ripped my guts out! The doctor got me feeling loads better after IV fluids and nausea meds but today I'm back to feeling sick again. Although I am not dry heaving or throwing up I am super sick to my stomach again!! I have resorted now to drinking Pedia lite just to even stay hydrated enough to avoid the Er again today. Yesterday I was honestly questioning myself if I had made the right decision in getting this band. I know everyone says it will pass it gets easier and better. WHEN?!? WHEN DOES IT GET BETTER? I feel horrible. Not to mention everytime I hurt or feel nausea it sends my body into shock and I get a low grade fever. Someone please please help what can I do?
