For those of you that responded that run long distance is that new for u ? Did you run before surgery? I absolutely hate to exercise or run but I know I have to do it. Just hope it's easier with this weight off.

I never ran before not even in high school... I was in the group walking at the back of the pack. I thought I was gonna DIE when couch to 5k wanted me to run for 30 seconds!

I am very impressed with those walking. It has been five days and i can barely move. I am just now able to walk around house. I guess i am disappointed in myself for being so weak

Don't beat yourself up it will get better that's what my program manager said your body just went through major surgery and it's going to take some time
