QUESTION? NEW HERE

When I called insurance to see if I was approved they gave me a date of Nov 16. Will that be my surgery date? I haven't had my final result visit with my surgeon

Give me ideas on the liq diet, what gave you the most fulfilment? I'm not looking forward to that part

I am very fond of premier shakes. They are premixed and have 30g of Protein each shake. So I drank one for Breakfast one for dinner and my one 4oz protein meal was at lunch I had a grilled chicken breast and 1/2 C. green Beans every day just to combat the hunger subbing out my dinner made it less bad. Also ice I had cups of ice with crystal light powders it tastes like Italian ice with the lemonade and crystal lightfruit punch mix. Good luck I found keeping busy between work school and my kids helped distract me from being hungry after day 4 the hunger semi went away. Good luck to you.
