Menstration and weight gain

I thought that I was doing really well. I finally beat the 180 mark that took me close to a month to hit. All of a sudden my period comes and I gain 3 pounds instantly. I went from 177 to 180 within 2 days. I am so discouraged. I'm afraid that I will go back up again. I watch my food and exercise daily but the weight Jim has freaked me out.

  • That is exactly what happens to me, my period hits and I gain 3 to 5#s...it freaks me out when I see it on the scale, but it does go away. Eventually. I follow the program, but this does stress me out
