I'm on Long Island and I'm on month 3 of my 6 month required diet, so I'm also just starting out! Going to be switching surgeons next month because of insurance out of pocket issues.

    just keep following through with it ! i started the process in november 15.. i kept rescheduling appointments and just taking my time. i think i wasn't mentally ready. i'm so glad i got it now. good luck !
