I tell you I eat pizza fired chicken and french fries

baby girl

But I just had the surgery monday 10-, 10-16. What surgery did you do and when?

Please don't eat those things. The whole point of point of putting your body through this surgery was to re-establish your relationship with food and live a healthier life. Pizza, fried chicken, and french fries aren't going to do that for you.

And, at this early stage, you could cause some REAL damage to your body. Is a few second of junk-food-satisfaction really worth that?

No its not and feel.like shit already for being so dumb.

People cheat, don't be so hard in your self, thou it might be a little to much on your new tummy, just try to get back on track!!! Good luck Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
