I buy great quality lunch meat sliced extra thin, add a slice of good cheese, an avocado wedge and make roll ups. Salami and provolone, roast beef and harvarti, ham and cheddar, turkey and pepper jack

Hello everyone, so I'm 3 months post op. The biggest challenges that I'm having now is making myself eat. I'm never hungry at all but I know I need to eat. Also, needing more ideas for foods & meals to cook. I feel as if I eat chicken 4 days a week. Lol Any suggestions???? What do you do for lunch?
Thanks for any help.
