Compression Garment?

Could someone please tell me if I will need to or should purchase a compression garment and if so what have you found to work best? How long should you wear them?

Of course you can remove them to shower when allowed - But you get them back on again ASAP as you could start to swell when out of them - They become like your second skin over time - You just get used to them....
