Nervous

Had all of my pre op testing today. They saw what could be a small hiatal hernia. My surgery is scheduled for Oct 24th. I'm worried my insurance won't approve it. I have wellcare of Ky. Not sure what comordities that I have will make a difference.. My bmi is 40.6. I have lost 15lbs or so.

I should hear something in the next 2 weeks but I'm anxious and nervous. They have been a pain at approving my epidural injections for my back (stenosis ans scoliosis and chronic pain) .

@@Yellowcj If you have a hiatal hernia - that will need to be repaired during surgery. I don't see any reason why they'd deny you - and I can't imagine your surgeon putting you through all pre-op testing and giving you a surgery date if they had any reason to think you may not be approved.
