I was just sleeved on Thursday, the 29th. No real complications, just odd things. I've noticed today I get random muscle twitches in my leg. Doesn't hurt. Anyone else experience this? Very slight annoying headache off and on too. Only been able to get in 30g of protein and about 60oz of water. My surgeon seems fine with that amount at this point. The muscle twitches just baffled me a bit.

Could be potassium or magnesium deficiency. Try drinking something with electrolytes. Drink more fluids if you can.

I agree with Kristenle it'd likely a slight electrolyte imbalance... banana can help if it's in your diet plan or fitness water electrolyte water.
