Has anyone tried inspire Protein? I am very interested in trying their BOT program and they sound good. I especially like that they mix with 4 ounces of liquid for 20 grams whey protein isolate. I have tried every type of protein powder/RTD in the book and they only ones that I really like are Premier chocolate. I would like to change it up a bit but am curious as to unbiased reviews if the inspire brand.

I haven't tried it but I have two friends who use it and have been very successful. They both lost 70ish pounds using it (without WLS) and have kept it off for at least a year so far.

I have tried the pumpkin one and the blueberry cheesecake one. I am pre-op and find the shakes to be SUPER thick and frothy. I like the pumpkin one once and a while when I am craving a dessert and the blueberry one tastes like straight up sour cheese. If you make it with Water it is much thinner, but the taste completely changes.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
