Lap band/Banded plication help

I go to a doctor on long island. The problem with me is that it wasn't not successful it is just the lap band intolerance or my bodies reaction to have the lap band in place. Ive been taking some Tylenol but it doesn't seem to be working. The doctor said he wanted an upper GI small bowel series done, but I would have to wait a week to get that done. I was going to go the local hospital to get it out because it really stinks. If I get it removed or whatever I know I'm going to gain weight but Idc its not worth it for me. I know I stated this before but anyone have any advice or similar experiences? How long was the hospital stay to get this done?
