Its been over a year since I had a fill....I finally made an appointment for sept 10th. I hope my Doc. dosn't get upset with me if I gained anything, I have been really good with exercise and trying to eat right.

I went over 14 months twice since banding.

Once that residual fat-pad around your stomach, the one between your band and the stomach, is gone, fills become much less frequent.

I can go 2 to 3 months without a fill. No more.
