Relax and stay busy. The fear of the unknown is what is scary. At age 66, I felt so great I honestly wondered if they really did anything to me. I spent about 8 hours in the hospital, before and after, the sleeve took 30 minutes total, I took ONE pain pill at home, was shopping and walking four days later, and felt like a million dollars with hope for the future. Everyone hates the two week before and after foods, but we all did it, and seriously it's like getting our pacifier taken away when we can't eat what we want. After surgery you 88042971I'll be able to eat anything and everything. It is your choice. You just cannot eat as much! Best of luck.
