Where to start

Hello, I hate to bring up this topic as so many of you are just starting out on this exciting journey! I'm looking for advice about re-gain (almost 1/2 of what I lost) after 4 years out from my sleeve. I don't want sympathy as this is my own fault.....but is my sleeve ruined? I can pretty much eat what I want in any quantity, I need to know if there is something I can do to salvage the situation, or do I look forward to more surgery? Any real advice would be a great help!

@@Nursesrock Look into the 5 day pouch reset diet - there's also a few others you can try. They just created a regain forum this weekend - maybe that will have some good ideas for you. From what I've read - your sleeve will always be there - you just need to start using it! Best of luck!
