I don't have one. I want to buy one. I've never owned one before. I don't want to become obsessed with numbers but I want to make sure I'm on track. Please share your thoughts!!

    A scale is a must for me. You have to be able to watch your weight so if it starts to go back up you can do something about it early. Also, it's a great motivator to watch it go down! Sent from my
