October 3, 20169 yr Hello everyone. I had surg on 9/13. Took a min to get use to diff foods. Foods I loved before I'm not interested. I drink all day. Trying diff high protien foods all the time. It's a adjustment. Kinda like I lost a friend lol. HW 227 CW 208. I started at gym last week. Still have 2 weeks off work RN. Best decision I ever made. October 15, 20169 yr @@mylastchance21 I'm very excited and nervous. I picked that date so I could limit the amount of time I had to take off work. Figured I could also use the Christmas holiday to rest and recover. When do you start the two week liquid diet prior to surgery. Your date is around the corner. What other things are you doing to prepare. Are there certain things we need to pack for the hospital?
