  7. Hello everyone. I had surg on 9/13. Took a min to get use to diff foods. Foods I loved before I'm not interested. I drink all day. Trying diff high protien foods all the time. It's a adjustment. Kinda like I lost a friend lol. HW 227 CW 208. I started at gym last week. Still have 2 weeks off work RN. Best decision I ever made.
