Yeah, I know, not exactly an easy thing to ask for BUT I'm having a group of friends over who are past bariatric patients, all in maintenance and I want to prepare something sweet for them- like little shooter Desserts, that are bariatric friendly. My other option is to whip up some homemade whipped cream and add a small dollop. I'm looking to make things pretty- not calorie/fat laden. Any suggestions?

i vote for the whipped cream - you could even flavor it with a little sugar free torani syrup before whipping it.
