Do we have to take chewable Vitamins? Because I'm having a hard time finding them and when I do they are quite expensive, so I could use some help

I take Centrum men's chewables. I also do a sublingual B-12 tablet every day.

I have always used the PatchMD. They are great. My levels are perfect and I hated all the chewable bariatric Vitamins. A lot of people mention the Flintstones vitamins but the levels are not high enough according to the minimum levels I have seen. PatchMD always has 25 to 30% off offers.
