A dreaded cold - 2 weeks until surgery

I'm two days in with nasal congestion w/ sore throat. It's 6 am when the store opens I'm getting everything I can to fight this before the 13th. I've been waiting 9 months for this, nothing is getting in the way.

Protein, hot fluids, Water, SLEEP! You can kick this. sleep is most important, very closely followed by fluids. Good luck to you. :)

You may want to ask first before you try it- but my family and I always use Emergen-C to kick colds fast :)
