FMLA Forms

Good Morning! Has anyone had success in having your pre op appointments covered by FMLA? I don't mean getting paid for missing work, but having my partial absences not count against me and hurting my attendance. Grateful for your help.

yes you should be able to apply for intermittent leave to cover your appointments.

I had continuous FMLA for the surgery it's self and I have intermittent FMLA for a year to cover my doctors visits. for that same reason.
